Marie-Rose Phan-Lê, Artivist - Positive Impact Through Media

Marie-Rose Phan-Lê

Head of Media

Bridging strategy and storytelling, through media that inspires action, is Marie-Rose’s passion and mission — or what she deems “Media As Medicine.” She believes storytelling capabilities are the bare minimum, but uncovering the right narrative is the key to making precise impact.

That’s the lens Marie-Rose has applied over decades of experience helping organizations and brands point to new perspectives and catalyze global movements. As an artist she is an award-winning Filmmaker, Author, Musician, and Design Consultant. She also has extensive experience in Film and TV production. In the world of business and technology, she has led creative teams at two successful studios as a CEO (Syntropy Studio) and COO (High Impact).

As a Spiritual Explorer, she has traveled extensively from the rainforests of Peru to the heights of the Himalayas for her multiple award-winning documentary film and companion book, Talking Story; One Woman’s Quest to Preserve Ancient Healing and Spiritual Traditions (North Atlantic Books).

The right narrative is never the same twice, yet it always weaves the singular skeins of our experiences into the collective fabric that connects us all. The job is to help audiences metabolize complex data, novel ideas, and multifaceted messages through the application of:

  • Mission-Critical Narrative Architecture
  • Transformational Media Development
  • Executive Visioning & Messaging Strategy
  • Movement-Building & Documentary Storytelling

Whether she is translating the technical density of nuclear innovations, relaying International Space Station research, or navigating the delicate social nuances of a Himalayan child rescue mission into narratives that resonate, Marie-Rose looks forward to the next narrative challenge.
